We have designed our facilities to guarantee maximum comfort, combining cozy spaces with practical services that facilitate a comfortable and carefree stay.
We have a regular cleaning service to ensure the comfort and good condition of the apartment during your stay, and if you wish you can hire additional cleanings. In addition, we offer luggage storage for your convenience before check-in or after check-out.
If you arrive earlier or leave after the established times, you can consult the possibility of adding an early check-in or late checkout to your reservation.
24-HOUR RECEPTION
Enjoy the peace of mind of having a 24-hour reception, where our team will be available at all times to advise and assist you. We will help you discover our city and those around it, recommending plans, excursions, restaurants and places of interest.

Our car park allows you to leave your car on the border of the low emission zone Madrid 360, so you can move comfortably around the city without worrying about any restriction.

In our apartments and in the common areas of our building we have free WiFi connection.

On each floor we have a room equipped with a free washing machine and dryer.
Extra cleaning for long stays
For bookings of 7 or more nights, additional cleaning is included free of charge. On request, at a cost, this service is offered regardless of the stay.
Indoor and outdoor lounge
Plaza de España Skyline has a cosy indoor lounge and a pleasant outdoor area, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a moment of rest. The outdoor area is open for smokers. In addition, vending machines, coffee maker and water dispenser are available for added convenience during their stay.
